Online training for professionals on sustainable packaging. During this training you will acquire the most important knowledge on this topic in four half-days. This time the training will be in English.

This training has been cancelled. The KIDV will convert the training for professionals into e-learning modules in the coming period.

The Programme

During the online training you will be introduced to sustainable packaging in both theory and practice. During four sessions, the course covers topics such as: sustainability strategies and methods, waste processing and recycling of packaging, and the measurability of the impact of packaging. KIDV knowledge and tools, such as the model Five perspectives on sustainable packaging® and the Recycle Checks, are central to this. The programme will be supplemented with current themes and relevant practical examples. Please note that this training focuses specifically on the Dutch situation and packaging chain.

The sessions are divided into blocks of presentations, independent work and feedback and discussion. In preparation for each part of the day, you will receive homework assignments with which you will work on your own case. In this way, you can immediately apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired in your own practice. The results of these assignments will be shared with the group.

These are employees who in their daily work design and develop packaging or product-packaging combinations, such as packaging experts, designers and consultants, but also for example CSR employees, purchasing and marketing professionals.
