Eosta offers a new method for labeling fruits and vegetables. By using a laser to remove the pigment of the outer layer of the peel, the product is labeled.

This technique does not involve excipients. SKAL approved this technique for organic products. SKAL is an independent supervisory authority for organic production in the Netherlands that promotes the proper designation of organically produced products. Natural branding has no influence on the taste or shelf life of the labeled product. The energy required for the application of the labeling with natural branding is less than 1% of the energy required for a sticker.
