Environmental impact analysis of the Framework Agreement for packaging 2013 – 2022
The environmental impact analysis of the Framework Agreement Packaging involves a comparison of the environmental impact of all the agreements in the Framework Agreement (including the potential abolition of deposits on large PET bottles) with the situation prior to this Framework.
In June 2014, former State Secretary for Infrastructure and the Environment, Wilma Mansveld made a commitment to the House of Representatives for an environmental impact analysis. The analysis was carried out by independent research consultancies TNO and CE Delft commissioned by the KIDV. The results of the research were presented to the State Secretary.
